How to get your emergency appointment :

After requesting an emergency appointment by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp at +39 324 046 8213, we will propose an approximate time for your visit.

To secure your emergency appointment at the agreed time, confirmation is required by completing the scheduling procedure through a personalized PAY BY LINK that will be sent to you via WhatsApp.

Your payment guarantees either:
• priority access as the next patient in line, or
• attendance at a specifically scheduled time.

Please note that if the payment is not completed within 10 minutes from the moment the PAY BY LINK is sent, the appointment slot may become available to other patients, and you may need to submit a new request and receive a new payment link.

We kindly apply this policy because, in the past, some patients requested urgent assistance — including during the middle of the night or just  requesting assistance during the day but then failed to attend their emergency appointments, preventing us from helping other patients in urgent need.

We strongly recommend avoiding walk-ins, as our patients often present complex emergency cases and waiting times may extend for several hours.

Through the down payment procedure, you will receive an approximate appointment time, which will then be confirmed once the previous patient has been evaluated. We kindly ask you to remain available on call, as we may need to contact you in order to anticipate or postpone your appointment depending on the complexity and duration of the ongoing emergency treatment. This system allows you to avoid unnecessary waiting at the clinic.

The payment includes:

Any additional treatment deemed necessary during the visit will only be performed with your prior authorization and will be charged separately.


Refund Policy

The emergency scheduling fee is refundable only in the event of cancellation communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows, as the emergency time slot is reserved exclusively for you and prevents us from assisting other emergency patients.


If you experience any issues during the payment process, please inform us as soon as possible, as immediate availability for walk-in emergencies cannot be guaranteed.

Once the payment has been successfully received, you will immediately receive a WhatsApp confirmation message containing:
• your appointment confirmation
• the Google Maps link to our clinic
• and instructions for direct access to the clinic entrance.
